How to get a Girlfriend According to wikiHow.

So there’s a girl you’re interested in? Maybe you’ve even gone on a few dates? You’re ready to make it official and ask her to be your girlfriend, but you’re terribly nervous–what if she says no? What if the question doesn’t come out the right way?

Step 4

Find a way to be alone with her. The younger you are, the more difficult this is going to be, but even if you have a little bit of privacy, like when walking home from school or while dancing, it’s better than asking her in front of all of your (or her) friends.

Tip

About a week before you go in for the “kill” watch movies that can give you other good tips.

How to Build a snowman |link|

Snowmen according to Wiki  A snowman is an anthropomorphic snow sculpture of a human. They are customarily built by children as part of a family project in celebration of winter. In some cases, participants in winter festivals will build large numbers of snowmen. Because a snowman is short-lived, it is a good example of popular installation art.

Over-sized electronics are laptops, full-size video game consoles, DVD players and video cameras that use cassettes. ! What from the 1960′s

    TOP 20 TIPS:

A spokesperson for lovemoney.com said: “These are hilarious but genuine money-saving tips from our readers.

    1. Getting so worked up by an exciting article that blood pressure goes up thereby increasing body temperature and reducing the need for heating.

    2. Use Parsley wine for its longevity because ‘it still tastes like medicine after 15 years.

    3. Send the kids round to friends’ houses around dinnertime. The advice is that it works best if they practice acting hungry first.

    4. Harvesting roadkill. Note when not to harvest: “…either due to excessive flatness or length of time it’s been baking in the sun.”

    5. Pick up every coin you find. A couple who have spent the last 12 years picking up every coin they have ever found amassed £360,000.

    6. Use your leftovers. Cut up used greetings cards and use the pieces to make new ones. With children going to a dozen parties every year it saves pounds.

    7. Hang onto the outside of the bus.

    8. Take a bath once a year and save GBP30. Do it with a friend and save double.

9.Roasted dandelion root is an excellent coffee substitute (and it’s de-caf).

    10. Brew your own beer and wine. You’ll save money and you’ll save on housing costs when you spend six months in rehab paid for by the NHS.

    11. Maximise the cats potential. One reader ‘whiteburn’ apparently “trained one cat to sit on knee and other to drape itself round neck, saving on heating.”

    12. Choose parking carefully

“Choose the far empty corner of the car park, so you can drive in forwards and out forwards saving about, err, 5p?

    13. Don’t flush every time.

    14. Save your wee in milk cartons, water down and use as a high nitrate fertiliser. Double save on fertiliser and water.

    15. Move back home with the parents.

    16. Save money on carpeting by gluing a square of carpet onto each shoe.

    17. Use carpet cast offs.

One reader who followed the tip said ‘The floor was multicoloured but looked great and was all done for free because my dad had gone round the carpet shops and asked for any they were throwing out.”

    18. Turn the thermostat down then save money by selling my freezer, boiler and radiators.

    19. Holiday House swap.

Think this through as Louise600′s circumstances may not be conducive: “I wonder if anyone will ever want a holiday swap to Huddersfield?”

    20. If you’re going out, turn your doorbell off to save on electricity bills

I keep meeting rebels. We’re not having turkey this year, they say. We’re cooking a piece of beef (or a leg of mutton, duck or a loin of pork). Well, I don’t care if they are serving a whole roast monkfish with a conference pear in its mouth, I’m having turkey. We always have turkey!

    TIME LINE – FOR A 12LB TURKEY

    Christmas Eve:

    • Make both stuffings (including cornbread*)
    • Make breadcrumbs for bread sauce*
    • Take the turkey out of fridge
    • Put forcemeat in neck cavity and seal
    • Brush the turkey with melted butter
    • Put in roasting pan, cover with foil and leave in cool place
    • Peel potatoes and quarter them, prepare Brussels sprouts and put in cold water
    • Infuse milk with onion, nutmeg and spices for bread sauce
    • Make giblet stock and extra poultry stock*

    * Can be done more than one day before

    Christmas Day:

    • Preheat oven to 175C/350F/gas mark 4
    • Three hours before meal: put turkey in oven
    • Two hours before meal: parboil potatoes for five minutes; drain, dust with flour and roast with duck fat
    • One hour before meal: heat plates; finish bread sauce
    • Half an hour before meal: take turkey out and test for doneness; cook Brussels sprouts (and any other veg); make gravy

These cooking times (which may seem astonishingly short) are based on stuffing the neck only and not wrapping the bird in foil. Allow approximately 1lb/450g on-bone weight per person.

    • 6½ lb/3kg: 1¾ hrs
    • 11lb/5kg: 2¼ hrs
    • 15¼ lb/7kg: 2¾ hrs
    • 19¾ lb/9kg: 3½ hours
    • 24¼ lb/11kg: 4½ hours

Disclaimer; the information above is estimated only when cooking your bird always refer to the cooking times given in the product information.
